I am an ICF-accredited coach, healthcare consultant, and transformation leader with 20+ years in clinical research and healthcare program design and strategy, underpinned by systems thinking.

 

In collaborations with colleagues from the frontline through the C-suite, I have led cross-functional initiatives, built teams, coached teams and leaders in healthcare improvement and academic collaboration, and have engaged thousands of clinicians and healthcare professionals in system-wide solution co-design.
